What is the MOQ?
MOQ differs per product and destination (domestic or export). Send your volume requirement on WhatsApp — our team replies with the MOQ and a production schedule estimate.
Why are prices not listed on the site?
Pricing depends on grade, volume, packaging and destination, so we quote per enquiry. Send the specification you need and a written quotation follows.
Which documents do you provide for export?
Contracts are written into a cooperation agreement with the quality specification attached, backed by laboratory test results. Export documentation is arranged per destination country.
Can we use our own brand (private label)?
Yes. We run OEM production including custom formulas and packaging under your brand — see the OEM page for the workflow.
Do you deliver to Jakarta and the surrounding area?
Yes. Our factory is in Ciomas, Bogor, and we ship routinely to Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi and other Indonesian cities — alongside export orders. Freight and schedule are agreed at quotation.
What is your production capacity?
Briquettes 50+ tonnes per month; charcoal, wood charcoal and biochar up to 90 tonnes per month.

Laboratory testing
Every contract starts with a lab test confirming calorific value, ash and moisture against the agreed specification.
Pre-production sampling
Samples are shipped and signed off by the buyer before mass production begins.

Quality figures sit in the cooperation agreement, not in a verbal understanding.
Two quality grades
Export and domestic grades are separated from the raw material stage, with different ash and calorific thresholds.
Moisture control
Drying is controlled before pressing so briquettes neither crack nor smoke in use.
Pre-loading inspection
Packaging and counts are checked before the container is sealed.
Tested at the Ministry of Forestry laboratory (PUSPHB Bogor, KAN-accredited), SNI 06-3730-1995. Production range: 7,319–7,500 kcal/kg, ash 2–3.56%, moisture 5.89% — report 092/LHU/P2HB/07/2026 is one verified batch within it.
