What you get

A standing buyer. We absorb dry coconut shell, semi-finished coconut charcoal, and charcoal dust.
Volume from 1 tonne per delivery — small enough that a collector can start without financing a large consignment.
Cash on delivery, or terms of at most 7 days. Payment is not held against your next delivery.
Priority regions: West Java, Banten, Lampung, Sulawesi and Maluku — where our collection routes already run.
A grade explained before you deliver, so a rejected load is something you can avoid rather than discover.

A supply you can repeat. One-off loads are welcome, but a regular rhythm is what lets us plan.
Material kept dry. Damp shell loses weight in drying and cannot be graded on arrival.
