What you get
- The production system itself: kiln, press and dryer specified by us, so output matches ABRA quality rather than whatever the local market sells.
- The formula and process — raw-material mix, carbonisation, pressing and drying parameters developed by our R&D.
- The right to produce under the ABRA brand, with our packaging design and specification sheets.
- Quality control against the same lab benchmark: Ministry of Forestry testing, SNI 06-3730-1995, export and domestic grades.
- Operator training and process supervision so the first batches meet standard instead of being learned by trial.
- Access to our buyer network for output that meets the grade.
What we need from you
- Location and facility — production space, raw-material access and legal permits for your area.
- Investment in the machinery and installation set out in the agreement.
- Commitment to produce only to the agreed standard: the ABRA brand may not carry off-spec output.
- Willingness to be audited — batch sampling and periodic lab testing are part of the arrangement.
