OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) services produce briquettes with the client''s own brand, packaging, and specifications. You don''t need to own a factory — just bring your brand and target market, ABRA BRIK will manufacture and package it for you.
Service Scope
- Custom BBQ Briquettes — hexagonal, pillow, cube, or custom mold per client brief.
- Shisha Briquettes — flat 25mm, cube 25mm/22mm, premium quick-light or natural.
- Coconut Shell Charcoal Custom Packaging — retail 500g, 1kg, 3kg, or sacks of 10kg/25kg.
- Wood Pellet & Biomass — 6mm/8mm pellets per industry standard.
- Agricultural Biochar — retail and industrial packaging.
Customization Options
- Shape and size (hexagonal, cube, pillow, cylinder, custom mold).
- Target ash content: 2.5%, <3%, <5%.
- Burn time: 2 hours, 3 hours, or more.
- Heat value: 7000–7800 kcal/kg.
- Moisture: max 5–8%.
- Inner box: kraft, color box, or full-color custom artwork.
- Logo, barcode, expiry date, batch number printing.
Quality Control Process
- Coconut shell inspection at gate.
- Moisture testing pre-pyrolysis.
- Pyrolysis at controlled 450–500°C.
- Grinding and mixing with food-grade binder.
- Pressing and oven drying (8–12 hours, 80°C).
- Manual sorting + burn-time test per batch.
- QC sample retained for COA archive.

- Halal (LPPOM MUI / BPJPH).
- COA (Certificate of Analysis) per batch.
- MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet).
- Phytosanitary Certificate for export.
- Certificate of Origin (COO) Form A / Form E.
