From Local Workshop to Export-Ready Manufacturer
ABRA BRIK was founded in 2022 in Ciomas, Bogor with a clear mission: to produce premium quality coconut shell charcoal and briquettes that can compete in international markets while supporting local economies.
Indonesia supplies 72.9% of the world's coconut shell charcoal — yet much of the value chain was handled by intermediaries. We saw an opportunity to build a vertically integrated operation: from raw material sourcing to finished product, from local BBQ to global export.
Today, ABRA BRIK operates 3 production locations, manages a B2B pipeline exceeding Rp 8.6 billion, and serves clients across Indonesia, the Middle East, and Asia.
